My mother had a appt here about a week or two ago. Her appt was scheduled for 2pm. We arrived at 1:30. I had to pick up my children from school so I left her at 2pm in the waiting room. I didn't think nothing about it because this office always takes about 15-30mins to call you to the back. I really did think when I got back she would be waiting for me to leave. I got back to the office at 2:50 sat and waited. Around 3:30 I got up and asked if my mom was still in the building? Because I was getting concerned. One of the ladies in the office said she didn't know if my mom was back there because she barely made it to the office. So she went and checked and told me she was. She assured me that my mother would be seen next. 4:05 and people who had went in while we were waiting were coming out. I kept wondering when my mom was coming out? At 4:15 I sent a message to my mom and asked her if she was ok? Since my mom is wheelchair bound (amputee) and this appt was a follow up from being in the hospital a couple of days before. She sent me a message back saying she was tired, the doctor hadn't seen her yet and she was in pain from sitting in her chair for so long. I replied back to tell her, I was going to tell the lady in the front office that we were going to cancel and for my mom to be bought back to the front since the door is locked. When I went to speak to the lady in the front desk, she was on the phone. I stood there for about 5mins and my mom sent me another message and said she couldn't wait anymore she needed to leave because the pain was too much. So I sent her a message to tell her to come to the front and we can leave. The lady was still on the phone when I heard my mom's chair apporch the door. She was opening the door when it slammed closed. Everything I heard next was from being on the other side of the door. The Dr was asking her where she was going and my mom told him that she was tired and wanted to go home. He said to her, you can't leave I will see you next. At this time it was 4:50 pm. Mind you we got there at 1:30. My mom told him, that she wanted to leave and if he could move so she can roll out in her chair. At this point I started knocking on the door and yelling at the Dr to move and that she doesn't have to stay if she doesn't want to. He let the door knob go and opened the door to let her out. And we left. Was a horrible experience, I don't recommend this doctor, obviously. And since then we switched over doctors.

Dr Khalid will not send your scripts on time and god forbid if pharmacy calls him to change the script he will take ages to respond to them. Me and my family have been calling him for days to just send in a script for my grandmas script . He still hasn’t responded or send the script.
Could have sent it correctly the first time and so this is incredibly unprofessional of him.
Is this how we deal with geriatric patients ?

By far the best doctor in Fort Bend County! Dr. Chaudhary is so kind and truly cares about all of his patients!! Sometimes there can be a wait to see him even with an appointment, however it is always worth the wait, because he LISTENS to you and CARES about you!! He is very knowledgeable about anything and everything!! I cannot thank Dr. Chaudhary or his wonderful staff enough for always showing up and being there for me, my family, and the community!!! God blessed Fort Bend when he placed Dr. Chaudhary and his clinic here!!!

2 stars just because the doctor was very sweet. The reason why people wait for a long time in the waiting room. Is because he documents everything by hand, makes questions and tries to understand and help.
Now without the Dr. Being that nice I would give the whole places a 0. The clinic is very old/outdated, needs Mayor update with documentation and equipment and It also needs to be deep clean!

Was that he came in with gloves on. Not sure if he uses one pair all day or what. But when he came in he was already wearing them and kept coming out and in from the room and touched everything then touched me on the throat to check it. He even picked up some dead crickets from the floor before touching me
I will not go back. That’s very unsanitary. If it wasn’t because the doctor was very nice I would give it a 0 stars if I could.

For two years I have been treated like a dog by the front office staff. I originally posted a good rating because of the doctor's kindness. The office manager may be his wife, at least she acts like she would be. Nothing else explains why she has been there for years. Rude. Incorrigible. Abusive. I have been NOTHING but kind to everyone. Being a psychologist I know the value of my patients. However, I have NEVER experienced a CONSISTENTLY I'll-mannered and impolite person in my life. There is one hard-working precious person named Angie. Try to ask for her! I cannot wait to change my insurance.

Went here to treat my ingrown toenail. They refused to perform a chemical matrixectomy and was charged $325 for the simple removal of a small piece of my nail. The ingrown toenail came back since I was refused a matrixectomy and I decided to visit a podiatrist. The podiatrist I visited charged me less for the complete matrixectomy procedure and I realized that this doctor overcharged me. If you have any issues regarding your foot please visit a podiatrist instead.

Pésimo¿ porque no ponen la opción de cero estrellas ?.
Lleve a mi hija el día de hoy porque desde el día de ayer se sentía mal , llegué al lugar es la primera vez que la llevo porque yo no escogí su dr fue la aseguranza, no había nadie en recepción por un periodo de 20 minutos cuando la mujer que atiende llegó a sentarse en su escritorio me paro y le digo traigo a mi hija a consulta porque se siente mal y le enseño la tarjeta y me dice si es nuevo paciente tiene que venir con cita y le enseño el celular y le digo el día de ayer estuve marcando y jamas contestaron y se siente mal .
No puedo llevar a mi hija a emergencia por una malestar que no es de muerte pero tampoco la puedo dejar asi.
.
Fue muy grosera la mujer no habla con buen modo y antes de ir ahí lo busque en Google para saber la ubicación y leí los malos comentarios sobre la recepcionista pero no imagine que fuera hacer cierto, entonces no entiendo porque el dr este si sabe que no es una buena trabajadora p o rque la conserva en ese puesto de trabajo.
Hablaré a la aseguranza para cambiar de dr .
No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, tal vez el dr es bueno , pero imagínese que tienen que hacer cita y luego no contestan el teléfono cuando te sientes mal .

I would definitely give it a five star rating, however because of the long waiting and sometimes rude office staff I give it a 4. Other than that, this Dr. is amazing at what he does! Ive been going to him for over 20 years! What I admire is that he can tell you straight off the back what is going on without carrying a laptop or tablet with him like all the other Drs. do now a days. Very impressive. He always listens carefully and makes sure he understands what you are telling him, not like other drs that make you feel rushed. I hope he stays in practice for many many more years to come because without him I would be lost and wouldn't know where else to find a Dr. like him!! Thank you Dr Chaudhary for always being so attentive of your patients and for being the best Dr. ever!
