The lady at the front decided it was good idea to harass me by calling me again and again after i told her i wanted to cancel my appointment. Then she called back to yell at me for being rude and explained just how great the doctor was. And that they don’t need patients like me. Bad move lady, you know why? Because it’s super immature to call someone back as a business and yell at them when they did nothing wrong. I’m not your child. I was a potential client haha way to go! You win!

This is probably the most disorganized, unprofessional practice I have ever encountered. This Doctor and his wife have little to none concern for keeping up with their appointments or medication refills. I have been a medic for 25 years, my mother passed away a few months ago, so I seeked professional help. I should have known the professional service I would receive being he also works for the jail at Harris County. This Doctor is very unprofessional, and has no problem endangering you life with the medication he prescribes, knowing fully that you can have a seizure if you run out, which I did for 4 days now. Do yourself a favor a choose a professional psychiatrist.

I've been with Dr Joseph for 7 years. Never met a psychiatrist like him. Very patient, understanding and open to trying medications until he finds the right combination. I don't understand the attacks on his wife. She's a loving and kind person, they both are. I wouldn't stay past the first if he was bad, I have trust issues. You won't find a better psychiatrist.

Overbooks appointments, long wait times, receptionist (and wife) is super unprofessional and hard to work with in terms of scheduling. Not to mention, his work days are extremely limited. Do not recommend for anyone who wants someone who is efficient and somewhat interested in your well being.

Hands down the best doctor I have ever been to he really cares and remembers every detail about any and everything I tell him! He’s a great doctor and extremely kind and patience even when I’m an over the top kind of person he’s very kind no matter my mood he’s super respectful of me and my mental issues that I have and that’s important to me! So five stars all around!!! Thank you Dr. Joseph! And he’s office staff is always super sweet too!

I was referred by a close friend and I am very thankful for that referral. Dr. Joseph is a very knowledgeable psychiatrist when it comes to pyschotropic medications. He is timely, affordable, and has a great sense of humor. I have referred him to many of my friends. Although my current health insurance do not cover my office visits, I swipe my health savising card to cover the cost. Currently, he has provided telemedicine to meet his clients needs.

The woman who takes calls and make the appointment (Probably the Wife) is so inappropriate! She should learn manners and how to treat people! Very unprofessional lack of experience and education. If you can't take new appointments then don't make people lose time trying to schedule! HORRIBLE

Hands down one of the best psychiatrists in all of Texas! I’ve seen this doctor for almost 12yrs now and I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly!
