I’ve been going to Dr. Garrison for 5 years and always had a very good experience. She always takes her time going over your concerns and asks about your life too. She’s always been very pleasant to me and I won’t go anywhere else!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. She was rude right when she walked in. I had to stop her from leaving to finish my exam (annual and woman's exam). She rolled her eyes and made me feel uncomfortable.
I had to get an MRI done and she said to go ahead and that it will be approved by insurance but insurance rejected it because it wasn't "pre-approved". My insurance said all that needs to be done is a peer-to-peer and most likely will be approved, should be an easy process. SHE REFUSED TO DO IT!
My insurance and I spent months calling her office. Her front desk started screening my calls, I ended up having to use friend/family phones to call. My insurance kept apologizing to me and stated "we've never had a doctor do this to a patient". After 8 months, I ended up giving up and eating the cost. Please, for the sake of your health and sanity, don't go here.

Dr. Garrison is legitimately the worst doctor I have ever been to. First, her office workers are unprofessional—when we arrived, they could be heard talking loudly and negatively about other patients and their ailments. Also, when we called the office for requests or follow-ups after my appointment, they wouldn't pick up 4 out of 5 times, and often it wasn't until we called from different numbers.

Dr. Garrison herself was just as unpleasant. She makes you feel like you're wasting her time, seemingly running her practice like a patient mill—trying to go from room to room as quickly as she can to make as much money as possible. You likely won't feel cared for, listened to, and in my case, may not get the treatment you actually need.

I would strongly advise you avoid her practice at all costs.

Terrible experiences over and over. For starters, trying to get an appointment as an established patient is nearly impossible with very long wait times. If she was an amazing Dr, I could potentially be more patient but she is not. I have seen her multiple times over the past couple of years and every time I have had any concern she has had complete disregard. Most recently I had been feeling off, random bouts of dizziness etc. I went to see her and she did not look over me at all. They took my blood pressure and that was it. Spoke to me about nonsense and brushed off every concern I had. Fast forward a week and I went to an urgent care after my symptoms did not improve. Turns out I had a double ear infection that was causing me to have vertigo. I will never return to this office. Horrible horrible Doctor who does not try and help her patients identify what’s causing their health concerns.

Dr. Garrison is legitimately the worse PCP I've ever had. She is unempathetic, rude and unhelpful. Don't ask for any rx or refills or anything, she wont give it to you and she likes to refer out for everything.

Dr. Garrison has been my Primary Care Doctor for almost 3 years. Last week I was involved in a MAJOR CAR ACCIDENT. I had broken knee, broken wrist, and broken ankle. I’m scheduled for surgery this week, and the Hospital told me I need to schedule an appointment with my Primary Care physician. Doctor Garrison REFUSED to see me, claiming that she doesn’t want to deal with paperwork and court subpoena orders. She asked me to find a different Doctor. This is not the response I expected from my Primary care physician, Dr. Garrison is NEGLECTING her patients when we need her the most!!!. I’m leaving this Doctor as of today!!!. I will make sure to tell all my family and friends how HORRIBLE Dr. Garrison is with her patients!!!. She never asked how I feel, never cared about my injuries, I’m totally DISAPPOINTED!!!. SHAME ON YOU DR GARRISON!!!.
